Initial feasibility

Arrange a site meeting to discuss your thoughts and ideas and how we can help. We can also advise on best building practice and cost feasibility. This is usually provided free of charge.

Planning Advice & Submission

Usually the first stage in the approval process. We can advise based on our knowledge and experience and make the submission and act as your agent through the process. Pre application submission consultancy is also available.

Building Regulations Approval

Acting as agent on your behalf in the process. Carefully negotiating with the Building Control Body to ensure the desired design can be maintained and to within budget.
